he BSSH Instructional Course Committee welcome you to Manchester for the seventh meeting of series 8 of the Instructional Courses. The meeting is on Dupuytren’s Disease and Paralysis. This meeting will be held in its entirety at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel, Manchester.
We have an exciting programme with lectures on the Friday and Tutorials on the Saturday and will be a face to face course only. The lectures will be recorded on Friday and will be available on the on demand portal to watch post the events, more details below.
Friday is lecture day covering Tendon Transfers for Nerve lesions, Upper limb Spasticity, Cerebral Palsy and Tetraplegia in the morning sessions. The afternoon sessions will cover all aspects of Dupuytren’s disease.
Saturday is Tutorial day when we will expand on what we have learnt from our Friday sessions. They are case-based, interactive run in small groups by members of the Faculty.
We have an excellent National Faculty from around the UK, we are also fortunate to have Overseas Speakers;
- Professor Paul Werker from the University Medical Centre, Groningen, Netherlands
- Dr Praveen Bhardwaj from the Ganga Medical Centre, Coimbatore, India
This course will be taking place on Friday 16 June and Saturday 17 June.
The course is aimed at specialists, trainees and established surgeons in plastic surgery and allied disciplines from the UK and the wider international community.
